Watch this 3 minute video of stories from the caravan. It has been a faith-building God-fueled time.
On the 23rd May 2010 the G2 community are invited to join with all the churches of York in praying for our city on our historic city walls. We will be gathering in the Minster Gardens at 5pm, then praying on the walls from 5:45-6pm.
Later that evening we will be getting back together as a community for Drench. 7:30pm in the gym. It is our night of prayer and worship and it will be the last one in the David Lloyd so join us as we stand together in a time of uncertainty.
Following a fantastic week of 24/7 prayer our second worship and prayer will be on 23rd May at 7:30pm at David Lloyd Gym.
Come along and get drenched in God’s awesome presence!
From the 2nd-8th of May we are going to be doing a week of 24-7 prayer as G2! Since January, we have been in a Season of Prayer. We have looked at prayer in the most recent series, we have experienced prayer in new ways and we have had our first prayer and worship night, Drench.
It would be great to continue this journey of discovery into prayer. Lots of people have found that their faith life has come alive through prayer. So from the 2nd-8th May we are going to have a bash at some non-stop prayer! Night and day.
There has actually been non-stop prayer in the UK for the last 10 years. Have a look at http://uk.24-7prayer.com
Lots of us are going to be reading this book over the Easter period. Join us! You can buy it here on Amazon or from all good book stores.

Drench was fantastic this Sunday. We prayed and worshipped in loads of different ways, including prayer surfing! You can see some pictures of the night by clicking here or on the right hand side of the website.
Look out for the next one coming up in the summer.

Drench is an evening of worship and prayer at the end of the current series.
We feel that God has led us into a ‘season of prayer’ this term so we are trying some new things, taking some risks and discovering what God has got in store for us.
Please come and join in with this evening. Everyone is welcome. It will be an environment in which we hope people will feel free to praise God for all the great things that are happening at the moment and petition him for the things we struggle with or want to see change.
Get it in the diary. 7:30pm in the David Lloyd on the 14th March.
