Have you got any good quality children’s clothes that you can spare? Our friends at St Thomas with St Maurice, which is in the Groves, are setting up a swap shop for people with young children.

They are doing fantastic community work sharing the good news of Jesus among the people of the Groves and this is one way in which we could support them. If you have anything that you could give please bring it to G2 this sunday or email luke.smith@G2york.org to arrange another time to do this.

Children have a great time at glo parties! This summer Glo party promises to be packed full with fun and watery goodness. Bring your children along, bring their friends too, for a really fun event. The Praise Party is aimed at children aged 7-11, although as ever those slightly younger or older are most welcome too. The cost is £3 per child, payable on the door.

It’s a great opportunity for children to learn about Jesus and have loads of fun at the same time, so do invite those in your church, school or community.

The camp will be very close to York at a beautiful site and the cost of the weekend is a bargain at a mere £26.00. There are toilets are onsite. On the Saturday we will spend the day at the beach and a range of activites will be planned for the weekend.
