Its a new term and we’re starting new material for the younger (ages 3-5) G2 Kids group this Sunday.
This term starts with 6 weeks looking at “Choosing God’s Way” and then “Work for God”. Have a look below for a breakdown of the sessions.
Choosing God’s Way
These sessions begin with the ascension of Jesus to Heaven and the knowledge that with or without his presence, Jesus always loves us. Jesus chose God’s way and so did his disciples. In order to learn about God’s way, Children are encouraged to listen to when others tell about Jesus and to know that he cares about us, even when we’re ill or in trouble. God’s ways mean that we can show the love of Jesus, share it and learn together about him. Read more here
A new G2 group is starting up for children aged 7-11. It will start at 5.30pm on Wednesday 16th April and will finish at 7pm.
We aim for it to be a fun time when this age group can get together, have a bit of food, sing some songs, learn about following Jesus (oh - and play on the Nintendo Wii) together. The aim is for it to meet every 2 weeks. The first one will be at Mike & Pippa Rutter’s house, 23 Lidgett Grove. Tel 01904 788445. We’ll start at 5.30pm with pizza.
Please let Mike or Pippa know if your child is intending to come or if you would like more details. You can contact them either on the above tel number or by emailing mike@rutterworld.com
