Dear all.

You may know that this Sunday I’m getting ordained and you are all very welcome to come along.

The service is in York Minster this Sunday (29th June) at 10am (you would need to arrive at 9.30 or so to get a good seat).  Its a traditional style of service led by the Archbishop of York and you’ll even get to see me dressed in full vicar costume!

G2 is still happening on Sunday so feel free to be at G2.  For parents, I should point out that there is very little provision for children in the Minster and the service arrangements probably won’t work for small children although you can use the Zouch side chapel if you want to take children somewhere during the service.

Lastly - what to wear!!!  There isn’t a dress code for the service, but I suspect most people will be dressing smarter - think smart-casual or informal-wedding style.
